Project Description

Our winning proposal for the redevelopment of the Hoffbauer Foundation campus in Kleinmachnow sets a new framework that brings living, learning, sport and landscape into a coherent whole. A raised timber sports hall, new ring shaped housing for about one hundred and twenty residents and an extended green spine reshape the former Siemens site into a connected campus landscape. A neighbourhood garage with integrated energy centre and a traffic free core support a safe and sustainable environment for the school community.
